Fettucini Portobello

Chris,
I ate fettucini portobello (sliced portobello mushroom, zucchini, and goat cheese, touch of tomato.

    Not my taste, but I'm glad you liked it.
    For me it's fettucine alfredo--cream sauce and cheese.

    Sometimes I take portobello mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, and olives in some red sauce with parmesean and romano cheese in it, but now I will try putting some goat cheese on it!! Sounds yummy! I like a lot of basil on it!
