Manicotti With Ricotta Cheese

Chris,
Mary and I went to family in Henrietta yesterday. The food was good. The Manicotti with ricotta cheese, salad, and garlic bread. The dessert was lemon meringue pie, key lime cake, and chocolate cake. I want to live their!!!

    Hi Mary and Gary,
    I'm half sicilian, but I consider myself 100% sicilian because that's how I was raised. My mother made manicotti from scratch...including the shells. She was one hell of a cook. That's the one thing I miss about her.
